Camel pose - Ustrasana

***Opens Root, Sacral, Solar Plexis, Heart, Throat Chakras*** Chakras 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Kneel on the floor with your knees hip width and thighs perpendicular to the floor. Rotate your thighs inward slightly, narrow your hip points, contract buttocks. Keep your outer hips as soft as possible. Press your shins and the tops of your feet firmly into floor


-stretches enntire front of body

-stretches hips

-expands chest and lung area

-stretches thighs

-improves spinal flexibility

-strengthens buttocks

-mildly stretches quadriceps

-rectus fermos
