***Opens throat (4th) and Heart (5th) Chakras*** |
| Lie on back, bend knees, soles of feet flat on ground, arms by side shoulder width palms to ground, take deep breath. With out-breath push buttocks upward , contracting buttock muscles to lower back, hold then come back down slowly, upper back touching floor first. Rest, connect to Earth. |
