| ***Opens Root (1st) Chakra*** |
| Come into a squatting position, (frog pose) on the toes, heels touching. Knees apart so arms can come straight down through legs on fingertips. Inhale; come all the way up, tuck head between arms. Exhale; return to the squatting position. Do 2-3 minutes |
