Frog Pose - Bhekasana
***Opens Root (1st) Chakra***
Come into a squatting position, (frog pose) on the toes, heels touching. Knees apart so arms can come straight down through legs on fingertips. Inhale; come all the way up, tuck head between arms. Exhale; return to the squatting position. Do 2-3 minutes
Benefits:
-stretches hips, groin, inside of thighs
-stretches spine
-whole body stretch
-promotes balance
-strengthens legs


CAUTION: consult your doctor before attempting this pose if you are pregnant, suffer from diarrhea, suffer carpal tunnel syndrome or persistent headaches.
