face down, arms by side, palms facing toward hips. Breath in and lift
upper body away from floor,lift legs point toes as if string tied to toes
pulling in one direction, neck elongated and looking straight ahead,
stretching body. Gently lower self on exhale, repeat extending arms to
side or straight in front of body with hands reaching forward. |
