This is an animal movement. Going
into a horse stance bring hands together over head and bend forward at the waist gathering
Chi from the ground into the top of the head, do this until you feel relaxed, your spine
is relaxed, legs are relaxed. As you come up bend knees, gather Chi at chest area then
spread it out through the arms, out the palms of your hands. You would look like a bird
with arms slightly bent, extended out either side of body, palms facing outward. Drop
shoulders and stand for a few seconds, sink energy, feel the energy extending out.
Finishing movement bring energy back to centre then guide energy down with hands to waist
level.
Intermediate level go into double horse stance for this
exercise.
