Begin this exercise with legs
together, slightly bent, hands rub down the outside of the thighs, down the leg to the
knees, rubbing the knees for a few seconds and coming up the inner thighs to the lower
abdominal area, to the centre of the body, over the hips and back down the outer sides of
the legs to the knees, do this a few times as if you are smoothing out some wrinkles. Feel
the energy rise up the centre, this is good for releasing frustration, anger and
indecision. Come up the centre of the body and open dolphin's fin, feel the energy rise up
the centre to open at the chest and break through stagnation in the centre of the body and
down through the lower energy centre; when hands reach the heart/chest area, open feet,
toes pointing outward, push Chi down to the ground and begin again. Breathing should be
natural and gentle.
