is at the roof of the mouth. Hold for a few seconds then change sides, begin with
gathering energy from side to side, drawing a bow with the right arm. The body faces
forward with only the head turned to look at the tip of the index finger. Repeat this
exercise 3 times on each side. This exercise promotes the flow of energy in the large
intestine - relieves constipation and problems with digestion. If possible practice before
and after dinner.
